I submitted the referral request for no water from my well at 5:30am. I received a call from them at 7:00am. They were on site at 11:30am and done replacing my well pump by 12:00pm. The gentlemen were courteous and answered my questions as they worked. They did a very professional job and I have water again in my home.

Did repairs the same day I called. The came prepared with a variety of parts. Friendly. Cooperative. Knew what they were doing.

Jim showed up when he said he would. He very professionally observed the condition, ensured I understood the problem and the expected cost. He then went to work replacing my well pump. He worked efficiently, explaining what he was doing and what to expect. When he was finished, he clean up the area and took all trash and debris with him. I was pleased with his attitude as well. He did not talk down to me even though it was a holiday. Overall, a very professional job.

They responded quickly and they were honest. They were fast and efficient and didn't do any damage to my lawn. They were very professional.

By far the best!!!!! Our well went out in the morning and these guys came in a matter of a few hrs!!! Super super nice!! In a matter of seconds they knew what the problem was and fixed it on the spot!!! In the pouring rain! On a monday!!! The price was amazing!!!

Couldn't be any happier. My water stopped working on a Friday night. Called and they were there first thing Saturday morning. Did a quick job and very affordable. I was less than 24 hours without water. Very pleased.

These guys have helped me with a huge water issue on a new home purchase. They have went above and beyond helping to figure out a yellowish tint to my water .I was very happy with the service and knowledge of the owner and techs sent to my home .It looks like I will be drilling a new well but I'll give these men the work .

Replaced our well. Was done in a timely manner. Friendly. Needed a small fix a short time later. They came out and fixed it the next day with no hassle. Grass was grown back before summer.

Our well pump was running continuously. We called J&M on Sunday and they came over first thing on Monday. Our well pump was toast and they replaced that and our pressure bladder. The job was completed in about an hour and a half. The guys were great and we are very happy with the service and cost.

We called J &M on the Saturday before Labor day. They were here in less than an hour fixed the problem in under an hour. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Had parts on hand to fix the problem. Like the ad says they show up and fix it. Reasonably priced.

We have had two interactions with this company! One was a Christmas Eve emergency and THEY HELPED US at no charge. This time I need a replacement part we are able to install ourselves and they have been easy to work with again. Thank you!

Great people great service ?

Service was very quick which is rather important when you have no water. Turned out to be more difficult than expected and the crew worked really hard on my well.

Guys came out before the time frame they had gave me, worked with me on the payment and showed me their work and what they did. Also the product has a 1 year warranty!!!

They were there when they said they d be, had all the parts and materials with them and were very efficient. No wasted time.
